I have a piece of writing around the New Year which I haven’t shared yet, it seemed too negative and I wasn’t sure that is what I wanted to put out just now. It’s been time of different emotions for me, and it felt noisy out there - people on social media telling me what I should be doing, should be feeling, that I was enough, that I wasn’t, and I wondered if I needed to add my voice to the noise levels on my platforms.
It does feel right to make this invitation though: What do you need right now?
Maybe you have felt the noise rise too, and need some space to think on that. A quiet question for you take if you need.
